We choose what you'll build. Use our private idea bank or bring your own — we pressure-test it until it's something worth a year of your life. If you don't have an idea, we bring you one.

Build or import the product

We get the actual product made. Source and import it, or build it — so by month three you have something real to sell, not a slide deck.

Month 4

Branding, website & digital identity

My team creates the whole thing for you — brand, logo, website, digital presence. You show up looking like a serious company from day one.

Month 5

Go-to-market strategy

We finalise exactly how you enter the market: who you sell to, your offer, your pricing, your channels, and the precise sequence of first moves.

Month 6

Marketing strategy

We build the growth engine — content, ads, SEO, partnerships — using what's worked across our own ventures, tailored to your business.

What exactly is this?

A 12-month done-with-you venture build. We work directly with you to take you from idea to a running business — we help lock the idea, build the product, create the brand and website, plan go-to-market, run the marketing, and push to revenue. It's not a course and it's not just calls. We build it with you.

How much does it cost?

300,000 BDT for the full 12-month build. On top of that, we invest 100,000 BDT of our own money into your business and become 20% partners — so we're financially tied to your success, not just collecting a fee.

Why would I give up 20% of my business?

Because of what comes with it. You get our reach, our network, our team of designers, developers and marketers, and our money in the business. Most founders would pay just for the introductions. You're not losing 20% — you're trading it for the partners who make the other 80% actually worth something.

What's the guarantee?

If you do the work and we haven't started a running business together in 12 months, we keep going for another 12 months — free. We don't stop until you have a business.

Why is it application only?

We take on only 10 to 20 founders at a time. This is hands-on — our team and our money are involved — so we can't do it at scale. We personally read every application and only reach out if it's a genuine fit.

How much time do I need to put in?

This is your business, so you lead it. Expect to commit real, consistent hours every week. We bring the team, the systems and the experience — but nobody can build your company without you in it.

What if I already have a business?

That's fine — if you're launched but stuck, we can take what you have and rebuild the strategy, brand and growth around it. Apply and tell us where you are.

Is there a refund option?

No. Only join if you genuinely want to try building a business. Building a business is one of the riskiest things you will ever do in life — it's not possible to offer a guarantee, unfortunately.
